Wear a mask at all times.\u00a0 We ask that you are only accompanied by someone else if necessary.<\/p>\n
We are offering phone consultations when possible.\u00a0 If a face-to-face appointment is required, it will be booked once a patient has been screened and vaccination status checked.\u00a0 We are not currently offering online appointment bookings.<\/p>\n
Green Stream<\/strong><\/p>\n Patients 12 years and over who are wearing a mask, are vaccinated and do not have respiratory symptoms can book a face-to-face consultation via our green stream, or can have a phone consultation if a physical examination is not required.\u00a0 Patients under 12 years of age who are accompanied by a parent\/carer who is wearing a mask, is vaccinated and does not have respiratory symptoms can also be seen in green stream.<\/p>\n Orange Stream<\/strong><\/p>\n Patients 12 years and over who are not wearing a mask and\/or are not vaccinated and do not have respiratory symptoms will be offered a phone consultation in the first instance.\u00a0 If a face-to-face appointment is necessary for physical examination, an appointment will be offered via our orange stream.\u00a0 On arrival the clinician will ring the patient while they are in their car\/outside to start the consultation.\u00a0 If a physical examination is required, the patient will be asked to come directly into Treatment Room B once the clinician has put on PPE.<\/p>\n Red Stream<\/strong><\/p>\n All patients who have respiratory symptoms, regardless of age, mask wearing and vaccination status will continue to be seen via our red stream which is based in Treatment Room A.\u00a0 You will be asked to come around the back of the building.\u00a0 Please call reception to let us know you have arrived.
