We will close on Christmas Eve and then re-open on Mon 29 Dec.  From 29-31 Dec we will only be providing an urgent care service with a reduced team, no routine appointments.  We then re-open for our usual services from Mon 5 Jan.  Options for urgent care you may need while we are closed are provided on our phone after hours message, on our website and displayed at our front entrance.  For any urgent medications speak to your pharmacy, or you can use the Practice Plus virtual consult service, see the link on our website.  We wish you all a happy holiday period.
